Fitness....

Funny video

At least she is trying to do something about it. No offense to "big" people by the way, losing weight is really difficult. I am trying to lose weight too.

Re: Fitness....

Fcuking horrible. Anyone that lets themselves get to that size deserves every bit. I'm 20kg (55lbs) less than a bit over a year ago. Gained 15kg in muscle too. No excuses.

I have to disagree with you, youcan. If she was really working out that’s one thing, I’d give her props for that. But she’s obviously acting for the camera, acting stupid and all. That’s a sigh of real low self-esteem and self deprecation.

And I agree with you, I give mad props to those really obese people jogging in the park, working out in the gym. It takes real courage to do that with all the bodybuilders and Barbies around them. Probably one of the hardest things, especially for the women.

Re: Fitness....

No-one should ever let themselves get that fat, its disgusting. And if she is going to do star-jumps, she could at least make an effort to stay in the same spot, and keep her arms and legs in time. Any idiot can jump around in front of a camera and 'exercise', but it's gonna be a whale of a mission for her to lose any weight.
