Talking A total noob question...forgive me, lol

Whats the difference in LX, EX, and DX in Civics (If there are more, I apologize in advance). I got a DX and it seems like everything is fit for an LX (headlights, bulbs, etc). Please explain.

Dx... your one step from SI.. SO basically is just what the car is. Example.. you look at an SI, better motor, throddle body then yours.. also interior is better as si would have a sunroof, yours doesn't, unless one was put it.. LX or any L is basically your most basic model.. Its a car that looks like yours but just plain.. very plain.. But LX, DX, SI and so on will share the same basic parts, ie your example of headlights, bulbs. Also DX is one step lower from SI. Its like in domestic sence, Luxury edition to special edition...

No the Si is only a hatch. The top model for the 2drs or 4drs, is the EX. The EX has the power everything including the sunroof, faster engine (same as Si). And the DX is the base model with the least amount of options. The LX is the luxury 4dr (there is no LX 2dr or hatch). Check out www.edmunds.com or a site like that, it will tell you the options and standard features of each model.

I assumed he had a 2 dr or 4dr because he only named those models. And also, the CX did have the option of AC
