I need to know if a 1996 grand cherokee 4.0 liter engine will match up motor mounts and tranny with my 1996 cherokee country 4.0 liter? Can anyone help? Thanks

Yes, but you will have to change water pump and maybe timing cover housing. ( I just did one a couple of months ago)

Also, check the distributor, for any differences.

Make sure to check your exhaust manifold for being cracked before installing!!
