Heater Fan control on T&C 2001

My Heater / AC fan will only run on full. It does nothing on the lower settings!
Is this something I can deal with or is it a computer problem.
Thank in advance for any help.

More than likely, your blower resistor is burnt out. It looks like a mini heater coil and is used to reduce voltage going to the blower motor for the lower speeds. I beleive it is located behind the glove compartment in the blower box.

can I find a guide to this resistor online.
Or a picture of what I'm looking for or it's location around here anywhere?

Thumbs up

In the 2001 T&C i just unhooked the glove compartment door from in side and let it swing open. No SCREWS. Then 2 screws and there was a resistor array that looks like it is out of the 50's. The thermal reed switch is bad!
Now I'll get a new one and replace it. 5 minutes max.
PS :the nut driver is a 5/16th's

Thank YOU!
