blower motor location

Can anyone tell me where to find the blower motor in my 91 pontiac grand am. the motor has just died and I would like to replace it but it is very cold here in chicago and I don't want to just start looking for it (I'll freeze) thank you in advance for any help.

Re: blower motor location

Look up under the dash on the passenger side. You may need to remove the glove box to get to it.

Re: Re: blower motor location

I have a 93 grand am, so it might be similar to mine. I just had mine replaced; if u pop the hood, its on the upper left side of the engine; you dont need to take out the dashboard probably; youll have to cut through the housing to take it out though.
