what is this

This is for the s13. Just wondering what these little knobs with caps over then are. They are located right next to the flip up head lights.
I heard it's for making your head lights rest alittle higher, giving it that
"sleepy eyed" look. If im wrong, tell me what those are for.

if you searched up you could've found the info. but yea that's the cover to the motor which operates your pop-up headlights. If you pop it off and disconnect the wires you can manually adjust the height of your headlights by turning the motor. This method takes time and gets your hands a little dirty but it's possible. One more thing is that you have to adjust them so that they both look the same.. unless you like the one-higher-than-the-other look.

there are easier ways to do the sleepy-eye's... look around the forum.
