Rear Bumper

Anyone know how hard it is to remove you rear bumper and replace it. I got rear ended slightly the other day and want to do it myself to keep the extra money i get for it. It was slightly pushed in towards the bottom and i was wondering if you could take it off and apply pressure to pop it back into place or do i have to go get a new (or junked one) and paint it. Think i could and if so how do you do it. Thanks
