95 blazer CPI...again?

First timer. Have enjoyed reading postings. I replaced the spider assy. and supply lines in August. Ran great until a couple of weeks ago. Acting the same as before the replacements. Could it have gone bad again?

It could happen, if GM, should still be under 12 & 12 warranty. The only way to know for sure is to check it out again.
