front end prob.

long story short. got run off the highway by a tractor trailer.. I had to slam on the brakes and try to stop on the side where the rumble strips are.. luckily i was able to stop, however, since then.. theres a loud thumping every revolution.. no matter what speed. It sounds exactly like a flat tire.. but there are none..

any ideas???

thanks.

Re: front end prob.

Check the tire... If you had to break hard on the rumble strip you may have done damage to the tire, you may ahve broken the steel belts in the tire.
Just a thought, Don't know for sure.
