Remove the front bumber and you'll be able to detach the pump from the bottle. It could be that somehow the wire's have come disconnected from the pump.

Also, I think the pump is on the bottom of the bottle. But I maybe wrong.

I got it!

I did manage to get myself cut a few times on the outside of my hand while doing this job! LOL -- but it is not bad at all -- removing the bumber was not an option at this point - so I just traced everything under the car after I put it on ramps. I was looking for this big ass washer pump - when in reality the thing isn't even 3 inches long! Here is the best way to do this job ------- The right front tire wheel well. Around the rim you will see about 8 phillip head screws - take them out. Then you will be able to push the wheel well in and you can gain access to the washer pump. It would be directly in the front of the front right tire, all you need to do is disconnect the wires, pull off the small hose and then tug on the damn pump until it pops out of the resevoir. The installation of the new pump took less than 1 minute. The grommet stays right in the resevoir so pull it off the new one. Push the hose back on to the new pump, plug the connector back in, push the pump back onto the resevoir and then pull the wheel well back in and put the screws back in. THAT IS IT!!!! VERY EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and then there was washer fluid!!!! On the seventh day I rested.
