replacing rear mount 90 accord

I need to channge the rear mount on my 90 accord lx. is this a difficult procedure? I can obtain a hoist no problem but it seems like noone wants less than 2.5 hours labor at a shop to replace it. should i go for it or not? I have pulled several old v8s beforebut i have never got this in depth with a honda even tho i swear by em and wont have any other daily driver than my trusty accord with 197000 miles and counting.
