Question Electrical malfunction

My 89 Trans-AM GTA recently had it's 3&4 clutches die(700R4 automatic) . After that happened some of my electronics wouldnt work. Namely headlights, power locks and interior lights. Only the following still works blinkers, brake lights, reverse lights, defroster(rear),windshield wipers and power windows. I checked all the fuses, wiring harness', grounding points on the body Im extremely frustrated at this problem can someone please help me.
