Attention all HF owners!!!

I'm swapping a lower mileage 89 SI motor/tranny with 9.5 pistons and a centerforce clutch into my 91 SI so i'm swapping my 91 SI motor into my friends 90 HF temporarily. Before doing the swap we plugged my ECU into his stock motor... the difference was amazing to say the least. I don't really know what damage we're doing if any but the car has a lot more guts than it used to and is a hell of a lot easier to drive. If you own a 2nd gen HF I highly recomend finding an SI ECU, instant HP and torque for a very low price. We got the 89 SI motor in my car yesterday only to find a dead spark plug which i'll be replacing today, I ran a 16.1 with my 91 SI motor and an intake. I'm hoping for 15's with the 89 SI motor with 9.5 c/r pistons, centerforce clutch, intake, and full exhaust.

Well you should break into 15's? I mean cause the HF is lighter and with an si motor yeh u should be able to do it. I ran 16.1 with my rex Si and its a bit heavier than an HF
