lifting a b2600i

I have a 1991 B2600i and I have no idea where to take it to lift it any hints?

You could always try 4wheelparts. I have a 2WD '87 B2600. I turned up the torsion bars up front, added a 1.5" Pro-Comp add-a-leaf in the rear, and Pro-Comp ES3000 shocks all around. I also put on larger wheels and tires to lift it a bit more. Then there is always the option of the highly-debated body lift, available in a 2" or 3" lift. Just a few tips if you're interested. Another option

Hello,

I've been stuck with the same dilema for about a year now and I have discovered a few alternatives. First is the best but is costly and will take a lot of time and commitment--a solid axle swap from an '84 or '85 toyota. I've seen a few b2600i's with this done and it looks and performs great, plus you can upgrade your gears to accomodate larger tires w/o a loss of power and fuel economy.

The second option--I am leaning towards this one--includes 1 1/2" of torsion bar adjustment but also incorporats ball joint spacers to allow for more downward wheel travel--basically counter act the tweak. For the rear I would either use an add-a-leaf or Old Man Emu leaf springs to gain about an inch. And finally a custom designed moderate 1.5" to 2.5" body lift from 4crawler.com(check it out, this guy rocks he might even be able to lift your drivetrain and engine); I don't understand why body lifts get such a bad rep they allow for bigger tires while keeping your center of gravity at stock and they don't wear out any suspension parts, definately much better or at least comparable performance than a suspension lift. Additionally I would upgrade my shocks to some OME's as well, they run about $90 a corner.

This lift will allow for some 32" m/t's mounted on 15x8's and look really nice, nothing over the top.
This is what I am planning as soon as I get the dough.

Yeah I have been thinking about this as well.

No one seems to have an answer. No lift company sells a lift kit for these mazda b2600i's. But they do sell body lifts. Add-a-leaf to the rear is a good idea. But the solid axle swap is way too much work. I guess I will also do the torsion bar work to lift my front end.
