help!!!!

when ever change i down to reverse while stationary my car shake alot what could this be anyone?

also my steering wheel whilst stationary like a vibration turnig left to right more like a air in line feeling

i'm assuming your car is automatic? My girlfriend had the same problem in her old car, it was a cracked motor mount. maybe thats your problem too.
