89 buick riv won't start

we have a 89 buick riviera and it will randomly not start it just flloods itself out
somone suggested the coolant temp sensors and I tried it to no avail
there are no codes and it does it mostly when its cold
when it does it if you pull the plugs and let the fuel dry out then put new plugs in it will start up
