94 s-10 engine problems

I have a 94 s-10 with a 2.2, it has sort of a hesitation or misfire to it when you are going up a hill or accelerating, I have changed the spark plugs( several times), coil packs, wires. and it still does it. and everytime I change the plugs one of them the electrode is gone, like it's burnt off, and they are platinum plugs, it happens after maybe 10,000 miles and is never the same cylinder. no one has been able to tell me what maybe causing this hesitation or why it's burning the plugs off. any help would be greatly appreciated, Rob

Check your timing, you might have to adjust it a little off the mark in 1 direction or the other for the best setting

sounds like you have an air leak somewhere on your intake leaning your mixture that will cause hesitation and smoked plugs
