Yep, no Doonk on gear change. Had a little closer look at the exhaust. I don't think its standard, the piping looks too big. Oh well never mind
 The air intake is standard tho, and I don't know how far I want to try and push the insurance lady on what is "minor modifications".

So now I've got the car, what do you guys recommend I do strait away in regards to some maintenance that might not have been done by the previous owner?

Change the headgasket
Change the OEM cap/rotor to OEM cap/rotor Change OEM spark plugs and wires to OEM wires and NGK plugs oil change coolant flush tranny flush

Man, the local Toyota service department is going to love me if I get the head gasket changed.
Any recommendations on brand/specification of transmission fluid, oil, coolant additives?

Ok, went and ordered distributor cap, rotor and dust o-ring for the distributor, and so did TRD2000.
Found out that between his car and mine, (90 vs 92) they have a different distributor cap. And the o-ring they have none left in the county, so they have to come in from Japan. It will be a few weeks before this job finally gets done.

The head gaskets are known to go on the 3SGTE, but to my knowlege you dont have to pull the motor to change it.
