Question Avo Springs

Has anybody heard or use this brand of springs.I saw this at "need for speed.com"and it's available for p10 and lowers the car for 30mm.I'm planning to order one Co'z it's cheaper,and i don't have to change my stock struts,but i still need some advise or idea before i push through with this.Thanks.

Avo are a british company I thing. Their stuff is supposed to be pretty good, but I've not ever used it.....

you probably will have to change shocks later on. the stock shocks usually cant handle the higher spring rates. probably about 3-5 months.
