95 GA Quad 4 Rough starts and hesitation when cold

Have a 95GA SE with a Quad 4/auto. When cold it has a rough start and hesitates for the first couple of minutes of driving.....Once it reaches operating temp all is well! And drives great the rest of the day. Any ideas?

cold hesitation

if the spark plugs are ok id check the coolant temperature sensor and the thermostat
