Atenna Broken Help!

My atenna broke a couple of months ago and im finally looking to replace it but i took it to the dealer and they said that it would be 350 bucks to replace. I said yeah right and left. I was wondering if you could tell me were i could get a quality antenna for less money. If i can't it at a reasonable price i'm just gonna screw the whole thing because i don't really listen to the raio mainly cd's.

No you can here it trying to push the atenna up but the atenna wont come up. I think that the atenna is just stuck not broken. I would really like to know how to get it unstuck though.

Hmmm well you can take out the unit and try pulling the antenna out. It may be that the cable it warn. You can buy just the antenna mast (which comes with the new cable in it) and use that in your old assembly.

I had the same problem with my 93. I just pulled the power cord off the power antenna box in the trunk so it won't try to go up anymore, and then I bought a little rubber antenna from best buy (about $15) and hid it in the dash. I get better reception now. It's real easy to install, and it still looks stock in the back.
