tail lights
hi i have a 94 grand am
my front park lights and rear tail lights will not turn off even with key out of ignition, the only way is to pull fuse also noticed that at night the drl stays on and i have to manually turn on headlights, which came on automatically before. my drivers side door lock switch smoked up and waiting for part to come in to replace it, also turn signals have quit working, replacing that also. any help would be greatly apreciated tnx |

Ernie88, you said your switch smoked? you might want to check the wiring at the back of the fuse block. If you smoked a switch it had to have shorted some where, if it got hot enough to fry a switch it may have fried some wiring at the block and you may be shorting across the wires for the lights that are staying on. Just a thought!
