How to adjust timing on a doch ?

I have a ford probe 2.0 and i need to konw how to adjust the timing, please help

I assume that you mean "ignition timing," right? If you have a distributor, the most common method of adjusting the timing is to loosen the clamp bolt where the distributor meets the head, and turn the distributor one way or the other. Use a timing light to check the setting. Consult a service manual for detailed specs about the procedure on your particular vehicle.
