can I take a 9c1 police cluster and put it in a 96' impala ss

I was wanting to know if my 94-95 9C1 dash cluster I have will work in my 96' impala ss, some peaple would say that won't work, but in the 95' impala has a digital read out. I see that on the 96' dash cluster the gas readout is on the right and on the 94-95 9c1 read out the it's on the left. can I put it in the impala? or will it not work

Hmmm, I dont think anyone has thought about this mod. The 96 caprice did have the same cluster as the 94-95, so it might just plug and play. I will have to check a bit more on this. Like I said, not many have thought about this. Many have done the camaro replacement, but thats because they want analog, not digital.
