Update on my 69 camaro

Well I havn't posted in here in quite a while and never posted all that much. I have a 69 camaro that i drove in highschool with a 350 and a super t-10. Well i decided i wanted to drive it with gas mileage and speed so i picked up a 94 Z28 M6 (totalled) and put the LT1/T56 into my old 69 over winter break (1 month) and got it started. Still quite a little bit to get it running right and ready to go but the engine is in and has started. I need to get new injectors (or ones that work atleast), get the exhaust hooked up, install the speedo and tach and give it a drive. Man I love the sound and look of the LT1/T56 combo!

William

Might post a few pics later on.

Re: Update on my 69 camaro

Sweet... Post some pics when you get done. September I finished putting a LT1 and 4l60e into a 67 El Camino, and my next project is putting a GTO LS1 and 6 speed into a 65 gto conv.

Re: Update on my 69 camaro

Thanks for the kind words...The GTO M6 transplant into an old GTO sounds awesome (i've been thinking that'd be cool since i saw the GTO's engine ). Sorry if i did give my car away it would be the end of me (gf would kill me). Car is just about done and i got injectors for it today that should be in soon! I will have completed pics probably when we have our spring break (March 14 or so). I have pics of it now with no hood but engine/trans in and interior all in (besides the dash).

Re: Update on my 69 camaro

To keep me from having to host the pics here, and hassle with resizing etc...I'll put up a link to a site i was posting on that has my pics on it.

http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=210

Let me know what you think...I might still post more pics and host them here but like i said, it's a hassle. Especially with engineering classes taking up ALL of my time.
