1999 GTP problems

Hey there, a friend of mine has a '99 Supercharged GTP. And lately he's been having problems. The tach. and TCS will die just die. The car will stutter when this happens and sometimes die. It doesn't stall every time tho. It also wont boost all the way. It seems to only happen when he's cruising on the highway, 50-80ish MPH. He's changed his injectors, air filter, plugs, plug wires, cleaned his fuel pump and fuel filter. It got better for a while after he changed his injectors but it didnt last long and is back to "normal". Oh, and when it dies it won't start back up for a good 30-60 seconds. He's stumped, anyone have any idea as to how we could fix this? Thanks
