Question BRRRR Wheres da HEAT ???

My 90 325-I has a wierd problem ! When Im driving at 60 or higher I get good heat. When I break down for some reason the heat gets colder. Any one know why ??

Yea, sound like thermostat is stuck partly open. So when your car slows down, dosen't create as much heat, and coolant circulates around and dosen't get a chance to heat up as it should. At low speed thermo opens and closes every few min.. no heat, at low speed, thermo not closing. Hope this helps. Later,, Mark.
