This reminds me of my recent Vegas trip...

I was at the finest hotel in Vegas. Wen to the Men's room and all the urinals were empty. I chose one & got my business on. This guy walks in, goes to the urinal right next to me... then he looks over the little divider at my penis

I felt molested

What is the proper ettiquite in that sitaution: pretend like it never happened or punch the motherfugga's light out?

This would be a good time for a good old bathroom woopin'. Thats what I would have done. Especially if there were other urinals open at a farther distance and if you were alone with him in the bathroom. You probibly could have left him in the stall knocked out and no one to find him for a few hours.
