Actually neither. I hate convertibles. But i do prefer the F430 Coupe. And just a small correction there is not F prefix for the Modena. Just 360 Modena or 360 Spider.

F430 is more edgy, and sharper, but the 360's curves are damn sexy. Out of the two Spiders I'd probably go for the 430, but out of the coupes I'd go for the 360
