92 wipers quit
hi my daughters 92 lesabre the wipers wont work.
i think they were frozen under ice and she tried to use them. i checked the fuse its good, but im still not getting any power to the motor. [ checked with voltmeter ] My quistion is there must be a circit breaker or another fuse somewere. any ideas.
