Mods and upgrade help!!!

I need some help finding upgrade parts for 1998 cirrus. stuff like cold air intake etc. need help finding this part and want sugestions for other parts like performance chips, body stuff anything. I want a COOL cirrus!!!

they dont make it u need to be realy good... most of the stiff is for a stratus so its not to hard to get but it take some custom fabrications... basicly we have alot of problems modding a family car but it doesent matter I KICKED THE SHIT OUT OF A BRAND NEW LANCER RALLYART TODAY! haha i love my car its so awsome! o ya about the cirruses whats that little brownish grey bar that goes across the intake manifold that has no use but a sensor near the branch...

I believe that is just to catch the air before it goes to the motor... I think it has something to do with moisture or something...
