I cannot get these damn bulbs out of the headlight assembly! do I need to take off the bumper as one of my friends said he had to do? the place where you fill up the power steering fluid is right behind the headlight on the drivers side and the air filter is blocking the passenger side I think. I am about to replace the intake with an AEM cold air so that may solve that problem. There has to be a trick somewhere to this. Please a link to instructions or the instructions themselves would be greatly appreciated.

I never have a problem taking them out.
I'm skinny so I guess my hands can fit more easily. |

Yeah i have huge hands and it sucked putting in my lights...i just said screw it and unbolted the lights and took them right out. you don't have to take off the bumper but you do have to loosen it so it moves down a little. if you want to do it that way.....u need a 10 11 and 12mm sockets
also DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB Let me know how it goes. |

I know this may sound simple.. but your owners manual tells you exactly how to do it.

Tips on removing/replacing headlight bulbs:
On the driver's side, you might be able to pull up the power steering reservoir. (Set it aside... DON'T REMOVE!) On the passenger side... Get an intake! (It makes it waayy easier to install/replace/remove that haedlight bulb! )Oh... You know how they say to take off the harness before you take out the rubber boot? I just apply enough pressure on the harness (over/on the protective boot) to take both out at the same time. If you get what I mean...

Guys keep in mind the only reason why I took my headlights out is because my hands are too big to work in small places. So it was much easier for me to do it that way.
