Angry 2000 EX headlight replacement

I cannot get these damn bulbs out of the headlight assembly! do I need to take off the bumper as one of my friends said he had to do? the place where you fill up the power steering fluid is right behind the headlight on the drivers side and the air filter is blocking the passenger side I think. I am about to replace the intake with an AEM cold air so that may solve that problem. There has to be a trick somewhere to this. Please a link to instructions or the instructions themselves would be greatly appreciated.

I never have a problem taking them out.
I'm skinny so I guess my hands can fit more easily.

Yeah i have huge hands and it sucked putting in my lights...i just said screw it and unbolted the lights and took them right out. you don't have to take off the bumper but you do have to loosen it so it moves down a little. if you want to do it that way.....u need a 10 11 and 12mm sockets
also

DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB
DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB
DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB
DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB
DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB
DO NOT TOUCH THE BULB

Let me know how it goes.

Do you mean if they are hyper white or stock? I've touched a bunch of stock bulbs. But of course when you touch a hyper and then try to put it in, it will blow up.

I know this may sound simple.. but your owners manual tells you exactly how to do it.

All you gotta do is disconnect the harness that goes into the back of the headlights and then remove that rubber thing thats in back of the headlamp assembly. Theres gonna be metal "clip" on a hinge that holds the bulb in place. Push that down and make the "clip" come off then just pull the bulb out. Replace it with your hyper whites and put everything back. Its kinda tricky the first time you do it. You DONT have to take the bumper off. I also suggest that you dont take it off unless you know how to put it back on. I've had lots of practice taking the front bumper off I've taken it off to install my projectors, and to change my H3 bulbs every time they blow out :o So be careful, and good luck

Tips on removing/replacing headlight bulbs:

On the driver's side, you might be able to pull up the power steering reservoir. (Set it aside... DON'T REMOVE!)
On the passenger side... Get an intake! (It makes it waayy easier to install/replace/remove that haedlight bulb! )

Oh... You know how they say to take off the harness before you take out the rubber boot? I just apply enough pressure on the harness (over/on the protective boot) to take both out at the same time.
If you get what I mean...

Guys keep in mind the only reason why I took my headlights out is because my hands are too big to work in small places. So it was much easier for me to do it that way.
