3rd gear Problem 93 ford probe 2.0 5 speed...

OK well it just wont let me down shift from 4th or 5th to third i have to put it in the slot for second then go in to third its never been like this. it cant be the clutch i just got that replaced like 5,000 miles ago... it only seems to do it after the car has sat for a day or is cold any ideas.?
