Re: Yet another Question for Blazer LT !

Hey bro, the one thing is, there is no chip for our trucks.

only 1996+ and 1994 and older.

Trust me, if there was one, I would have it installed.

Thumbs down

Now that really sucks doesnt it? Thats just my luck though,I could be struck by lightning in a cave!
I guess I`ll try your recommended intake and muffler combination.
I also was thinking maybe put a resistor in line with the air temp sensor and make it think its cold outside all the time? good/bad/stupid?

Re: Yet another Question for Blazer LT !

Yip, and remember about synthetic lubricant in your tranny, engine, transfer case and differentials if you want to squeeze out an extra 3-5hp at the wheels.

Is there any special gear oil (additive) or GM blend for the Transfer Case you have to run? seems as though I read that somewhere?
Anyway.... How long have you had your Blazer? Seems like either quite a while or there is constantly something going wrong with this model and I too will be a brain surgeon soon!
Anyway.....Thanks Man!

No, the transfer case takes transmission fluid. Just use synthetic transmission fluid.

Had mine for over 3 years now.

This is a VERY popular truck and with huge popularity, you will see more problems because of sheer numbers.

I have a '94. I guess that means I need to get a chip.
