crooked intrepid

had a neon, tranny died, cant afford to fix it, boyfrined had an intrepid he gave to me since he got a new car, the back right brake light stopped working, checked that bulb, its fine, what could be the prob???? also, i got the wont start thing in the cold also so when i go in at night, i unplug the batt...... one day it was overheating so we took out the thermostat thingie in the summer and now when i turn on the heat it takes 4 ever to get hot, how do i put a new one on???? also, i was in a hit and run, nothin serious, happened a while ago, and so last week when i hit it on the same side (right) comin in the driveway, eversince then the car itself is tilted and when i say the car, i mean the car, not the wheel... took it to get an alignment, that wasnt it cuz they couldnt do it, do i take it to an autobody place???.... im takin the train to work now so please help me get my car fixed asap/.....thanks

well, if your car is "tilted", most times, if the body is that badly out of shape, they can't straighten it out due to the fact that it'll compromise the structrual integrity of the body even more. If you have access to it, you can get a voltmeter and have someone step on the brakes and measure for voltage going to that particular brake light. If you have no voltage, you have an open circuit somewhere between the pedal and light assembly.

- That sucks, but thanks, well im going to a collision auto body shop and see what they say and how much they charge, hopefully it can be fixed.... will let all of u know what the results were....

Maybe check and see if you have a broken spring.
