overhead console?

I have a 97 blazer with an overhead console. I have the temp and compass display. I wanted to upgrade to the display that also has a trip computer. If anybody knows about this, please let me know. I keep reading that you can't use 95-97 in 98+ models and the opposite as well. If anybody could help me find one and install, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

No, I don't have the trip computer, and thats what I want to upgrade to.

I want the trip computer that displays the fuel economy information, miles left on the tank, etc...

Those trip computers are vary inaccurate and are only estimates and are a waste of effort installing.

True fuel economy is measured through the miles / gallons.

No one pays attention to those trip computers because they don't give you real data.
