I finally got an airbrush!!!!
Holy god, the control, the finish, the fun of it all! I got a 50 some odd dollar paache airbrush and a bunch of the boyds colors, and thinned it 1 part thinner and 4 parts paint, and i get literally a SHOWROOM QUALITY PAINTJOB! I did up an old datsun truck in light blue flake, and it came out flawless. Point is, ditch the cans, no control, and its alot more fun.
Also, tamiya masking tape does work, it works extremely well. i had no runs or seeping and the datsun is now two tone without too much work at all. worth the 5 bucks.

Re: I finally got an airbrush!!!!
congrats man
I have a humble testors/aztek airbrush that I use with the compressed air cans, and I have to say it is rather smooth and I like it because you can adjust the paint flow.
