HELP !! 2003 Altima 2.5 won't start

After a snow storm and -9 temps. My 2003 Altima with 22,000 miles, no problem until snow storm, won't start. I believe moisture is in fuel tank and ice crystals have formed preventing fuel supply to engine. Any ideas on how I can get started? I have poured Heet in fuel tank and will try starting fulid in air cleaner. After I get it started I'll take to Nissan dealership and have recall moisture isssue repaired.
