Anybody have experience with Mitsubishi Starion turbos?

I just got a mistu starion turbo for my car, but I'm looking at it and notice that on the stock waste gate it's got 3 inlets, most wastegates I've seen only have one. Also, this looks like it's water cooled, just looking for help on where to place all the hoses. And stuff. I can take pics of you need it.

Here are some pictures of the turbo - can anybody tell me what the three ports on the wastegate are for?? And exactly what turbo it is??

the model number on the turbo is a td05-12a and i think its from an 87 starion if that helps in your search for info! i know it flows 350 cfm, mitsubishi does not post a/r numbers for there turbos...by looking at the cfm numbers its inbetween a t25 (small) and a 14b (big) so the 12a is right in the middle! a 14b is around the same size as a t3 so its bigger than a t25 but smaller than a t3. hope that helps ya.
