Lightbulb front end problem

i have a 99 ranger, yesterday we had to push it as the battery died, now that I have a new battery when i drive and turn the fron end shimmies, did i do something by pushing it?? HELP!!!

did you push it with a front end loader???

I just finished a front brake job and had lowered the customers truck down off the hoist, to my surprise when I went to road test it, the front end shook like crazy, I was told the these trucks have a problem when there off the ground and the steering is turned end to end.(Maybe you cranked the steering hard left or right).

I ended up having to drive the truck doing hard turns left to right to get the air out of the steering system.
