what do you think will win in a race down the freeway a 2003 maxima se or a 1991 eclipse gsx? let me know

We need more details. Are both cars stock? What trannies do they have? How good are the drivers?

Stock for stock, manual for manual, and with equally skilled drivers, the Maxima should win. It has a pretty hefty power advantage(255 vs 210), and the Eclipse has the added disadvantage of awd.

for example, take an Eclipse GSX and a GST. race em from a launch, the GSX wins everytime, put em on the highway, the GST wins cuz its lighter. sorry for the non-Nissan anology.
