Car Wont Start

Hi,

My car seems to be unable to start had a battery problem replaced battery ran for a couple of days and then wont start. Started a couple of times but it would kick like the gas was't getting to it. Thought it might be frozen lines so I pored heet into it to remove water and unfreeze it. After troubleshooting some more I then turned the key to listen to see if the pump came on. No sound. So I then read a little and come to the conclusion its either a bad fuel pump relay or a bad fuel pump. My question is does anyone know how to bypass/jump the relay so I can elimiate weather it is that or not and also so I can get the car started so I can move it. Any other thoughts are welcome. Also checked the inertia switch and it was still pressed down so I know it isn't that.

Thanks
