97 master cylinder replacement

I'm not going to bore you guys with my 97 blazer brake problems, because we have all read a bunch of them. I have replaced everything but the master cylinder, so I am going to give it a shot. can anyone give me some advise on this job, I've never done one. I heard the abs needs to be bled by the dealer? or can I do it myself.

I am struggling with weak brakes on this thing, You need to press pretty hard to stop.

thanks
Jkdon

Re: 97 master cylinder replacement

Mine has always been harder to stop, it is because it is a 2 ton truck.

Don't assume it will be as easy to stop as a car.
