Angry Stock AM Radio Noise
2000 Ford Ranger Supercab 4x4
AM radio doesnt work well when truck is running.
Have heard of fuel pump problems and other things.
Does anyone have or know how to fix this problem?

I've seen radio noise supressors for sale. I've never had the problem myself.

I assumed he was talking about the am band on a fm/am.
