Fujimi Shelby Cobra 427 S/C
After seeing so many Cobra's on AF the past two weeks I decided to complete my own Fujimi Cobra.
As mentioned in earlier posts about the Fujimi Cobra: the chrome is some weird sort of silverish and the window frame is too thick. But absolutely no other complaints. Al parts fitted perfectly (never had that before with a Fujimi), only the decals gave me a little problem. They wouldn't fit nicely on various curves and are a bit see through But I think it looks allright now. What do you think? ![]() ![]() Decals didn't fit nicely around the air intake... ![]() ![]() ![]()

Looks good! On stripes like that though, I'd probably tape them off and paint them, since there's no pinstripe or anything. Dash looks great!

Damn January was the Shelby Cobra month!
Did you try to use decal solvent on your decals? Still, nice Cobra

Re: Fujimi Shelby Cobra 427 S/C
I'm glad to hear everything on this model fits nicely...I have the model in my room waiting to be built.

Nice build! I'm currently building the same kit. I had the same problem with the decals. Solvent does help, but I too found them a little transparent. I ended up using some aftermarket decals (Modellers).
