Question which cars should i buy?

I need help on finding cars with a $20,000 budget. Does anyone have anyone have any suggestions on what car i should buy? I don't care if it's new/used as long as it's not too old. I have in mind honda accord 2003, vw golf GTI 2003, and mazda 3. Thanks.

Voted Mazda3. Very sporty and good-looking, and you can get it top-of-the-line, brand-new for under 20K easily. For a little more performance, at the expense of comfort and reliability, check out a used 02/03 Subaru Impreza WRX or 03 Dodge SRT-4.

I'd go for a VW GTi 1.8t. A performance chip from GIAC, Neuspeed, etc. can have a 1.8t pushing 210-220hp for less then the VR6.

Re: which cars should i buy?

'04 SRT-4's can be had for $18,000 in this area brand new. They're just left over '04's, most still have below 300 miles too.

I wouldn't suggest investing anything in a car but rather rely upon cabs and busses if you are suffering from narcolepsy. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/#

The consequences of falling asleep are just too great if you are driving (I will withdraw the objection if you also have a chauffer).http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/#

my bro has a mazda 3, good car and very very roomy up front (ok in the back, standard for sport compact).....i mean its more roomy then a cadillac....

i would stay away from dodge srt 4, fast car but poor steering and everything else really....check out reviews on these things =)
