Re: pull up to reverse..huh?

i think so but all you have to do is take off your shift boot cover and you can see its just a little piece of plastic you can grind down or cut to eliminate that problem personally i like it because when i was really tired from travaling accross states i tryed to shift in to reverse insted of fouth it was nice not to be able to get it in to reverse

yeah classic its a manual and theres a piece of plastic u have to pull up on to reverse..I always though that there was a mechanism to prevent that anyways? shifting from 4th or reverse is impossible..when ur moving...that is..????? Ok got the sig figured out i think after messing up on of my pics

My 97 Z24 don't got that!!!!!!!! It has a cable attached to that piece! Just get inside there and clamp the cable up and you wont have to lift it!!! Yeah it should have a safety so you can't hit reverse while moving, forward anyhow!
