FPG didn't help

I'm having the same hard starting problem on my 99 z71 as everyone else. It may start slightly easier when cold but there is still a problem. I changed the FPG and it didn't help at all. I also changed the fuel filter, plugs, wires, and air cleaner. What else should I try?
