1990 735il HELP!!!!

I have this model BMW and I absolutely love it. The only problem I have (so far) is that the dashboard computer keeps telling me my wiper fluid is low. After filling it the message will not go away. Does anyone know how to reset the computer to get rid of this message? Thanks in advance.

Make sure you're topping up the right fluid reservoir. There are an awful lot of water bottles under the bonnet! Failing that a faulty or dirty sensor on the bottle could be the problem. I had the same thing in the coolant bottle, kept getting messages until I cleaned up the little float/switch.
