Cool Extra power for little money

I have a 1990 GMC C1500 truck with a 5.0 V8 and a 5 speed manual and was wondering how to get some extra horses but not spend a lot of money.I just need some ideas to get some power in the 305 so I can have a performance truck.

Re: Extra power for little money

drop in a 350. no just kidding. If you go with k&n look on ebay. You can get new stuff for decent prices. I have an airaid intake and tb spacer. I got both for the price of the k&n and it has a lifetime warranty and I have been satisfied. Also exhaust can help. You can get new flowmasters on ebay too for cheaper than any store.
